Biden said that the enrollment numbers (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/12/27/statement-from-president-joe-biden-on-record-2022-healthcare-gov-enrollment/) were an “all-time record” and gains like those helped drive down the uninsured rate to 8% earlier in 2022, its lowest in history.

“I promised to lower costs for families and ensure that all Americans have access to quality affordable health care,” Biden said (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/12/27/statement-from-president-joe-biden-on-record-2022-healthcare-gov-enrollment/). “In recent days, we received further proof that our efforts are delivering record results and bringing families the peace of mind that comes with health insurance.”
