In July 2011, the Joint Commission launched a primary care medical home (PCMH) certification program for accredited ambulatory care organizations. Now, the organization is seeking comments for a field review of revisions to several of the PCMH requirements included in the certification. Your feedback will help to ensure that the requirements remain relevant and contemporary and keep pace with evolving medical home concepts.
